The Importance Of Having Fun: Why You Should Build Your Business Part-Time Doing Something You Enjoy

A digital marketing firm sent me an email, which I read. It emphasized having fun when trying to build your online business.

It is true that it can be difficult to have fun while working to grow your business. Sometimes we get focused on how to make money rather than how to make our content more valuable. This is especially important if you are working a full-time job and growing your business in your spare time. You put in so much energy in your full-time job. It makes no sense to use up the rest of your valuable time doing something you do not like.

Fun, huh? Okay! I decided to take this approach. I only promote products and services I truly believe in. I write about things I enjoy and care strongly about. This is an obvious concept that I did not follow for a long time.

It is important to be authentic and true to myself and my clients. In the past, I may have followed what was trendy or popular. I now promote and write about those products, services, and topics that I truly care about. I decided to just follow my passion and what I thought would work.
